Paul McPike from Oregon has filed a lawsuit against Green Day, claiming that he wrote the songs for the band's mega selling "American Idiot" album.
McPike insists that he did this while at college. How then did Green Day get them? According to the lawsuit, they were given to the band by a former friend of his! However, a judge has ruled that there's insufficient evidence for this suit to proceed.
