First grand prize winner will receive a prize package which consists of the following items; (i) a trip for winner and one guest to Phoenix, AZ on or about July 7, 2006, including: round trip coach class airfare from a commercial airport near winner's residence, as selected by Spencer Gifts LLC; ground transportation to and from hotel/scheduled concert performance; double occupancy hotel accommodations as selected by Spencer Gifts LLC for one night ; (ii) two tickets and two backstage passes to the currently scheduled Ozzfest concert event to be held at the Cricket Pavilion on or about July 7, 2006, (iii) one half (?) hour meeting and guitar lesson with Zakk Wylde of BLACK LABEL SOCIETY with a guitar to be provided from Zakk Wylde's personal guitar collection.
