Are The Rolling Stones 'Too Old' To Hear Their Own Music?

Category: General music news Posted: Nov 16, 2005
The Rolling Stones have been labelled as "too old" to hear their own music by angry residents near to one of their gigs.

The wrinkly rockers played the SBC Park stadium in San Francisco on Sunday night, but city officials were inundated with complaints over the noise levels.

Residents complained of windows and floors vibrating and excess noise levels.

Ted Weinstein who lives miles away from the stadium, told reporters: "I've got no artistic judgement against The Rolling Stones, but just because they're too old to hear their music doesn't mean their music has to be so loud."
