Soundgenerator.com reports: The Foo Fighters are set to bring their acoustic show to the UK.
the band are touring across the U.S. through July and August as an eight-piece acoustic act, playing tracks from the acoustic disc on recent album "In Your Honor".
Prior to that, the band have announced a single acoustic date for the UK in London, at the Apollo Victoria Theatre on June 14. Joining the regular line-up will be Petra Haden on violin, Rami Jaffee on keyboards, Drew Hester on percussion and former bandmate Pat Smear on guitar.
The new date comes just three days ahead of their largest ever headlining show ever - playing to 85,000 fans in London's Hyde Park on June 17. Stadium dates in Manchester and at the Isle Of Wight Festival are also planned next month.
Tickets for the intimate date go on sale from 10am today.
