Bon Jovi the band used the location as the site for their new music video ?Who Says You Can?t Go Home?.

"These good works with Habitat for Humanity have already made a difference to families in the city of Philadelphia," says Jon Bon Jovi in a statement. "Since the inception of the Philadelphia Soul, our mission was to give back to this community. With the help of our friends at Sprint, we will be able to continue fulfilling that goal."

The buildings were funded out of Bon Jovi?s video budget from Island Records, contribution from the Bon Jovi Family Foundation and additional donations from the private sector.
