Industrial rock veterans Ministry has set May 2nd as the release date of the band's thirteenth studio album Rio Grande Blood. The album will be released through Al Jourgensen's own 13th Planet Records, an imprint of Megaforce Records. Rio Grande Blood is Ministry's first proper follow-up to 2004's Houses Of The Molé.
Ministry will be embarking on a sixty-day tour immediately following the new album's release, along with Jourgensen's other band The Revolting Cocks. The tour will kick off May 5th in Houston, TX. Support will be provided by Pitbull Daycare.
