Children of Bodom have issued the following update:
"Alexi (Laiho - guitar/vocals) is back in business. His shoulder should be OK, not perfect never again, but so that it shouldn't affect his playing anyway. So he is very very very relieved! And we have started to put some tunes together now. And we have some already done. It's exciting to do something new again after a couple of years touring! Recording will happen somewhere, after summer! So we will do those festivals in between song-writing sessions! What else is new....we will put some footage somewhere later on from our rehearsals, so we will keep you updated!"
In early February, Laiho tripped at a bowling alley and injured his shoulder.
