Artistdirect.com reports: After a successful collaboration on MTV Unplugged, rap-metal act Korn has decided to keep Evanescence's Amy Lee around a bit longer. Yesterday, the two hard rock bands announced themselves as the co-headliners of 2007's annual Family Values Tour. The festival, which is ostensibly curated by Korn, will also feature performances by like minded rock groups such as Atreyu, Flyleaf, and Trivium. Pantera drummer Vinnie Paul and Mudvayne vocalist Chad Gray will also debut their latest project, HELLYEAH.
The tour, which begins on July 20th in St. Louis, Missouri, will offer affordable seating for fans. "It's important to us that we do all we can to have a great line-up and make this tour affordable," said Korn's front man Jonathan Davis "Live music should be something that all of us should be able to share together.
