Accordin to rollingstones.com British buzz band the Arctic Monkeys will kick off another U.S. headlining jaunt in support of their debut, Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not, beginning June 2nd in San Diego.
Whatever sold more than 350,000 copies its first week, becoming the fastest-selling debut in British history, and earned the Monkeys a heavyweight following that includes David Bowie, Mick Jagger and fellow British rock giants Oasis. In February, the album bowed more modestly on these shores -- at Number Twenty Four -- spearheaded by the single "I Bet You Look Good on the Dancefloor."
