well mine is white with a black pickguard and gold plated pickups and tuner and pegs. its a very beautiful guitar and well worth what i paid for it. Inullm only 14 and i recently owned a cheap used epiphone i paid 100 bucks for compared to an epiphone this guitar sounds several times better it can carry out a clean sound or a more crunchy sound it doesent matter what style of music you play this guitar will do you well the only problem i see is that it cuts in and out every so often but thats not a biggy |

this guitar is without a doubt the best ive ever owned. its only my 3rd guitar but it will be a while before i upgrade to something else the way i see it this is just a gibson les paul with the word Samick replacing the word Gibson. Dont go out and blow your money on a gibson les paul just because its a gibson les paul youll pay 1200 for it when you can get one of these bad boys for 400. |

the sound that comes from this guitar is amazing. it can suit any genre of music. for example i play mainly classic hard rock(ac/dc,iron maiden, metallica),modern hard rock(papa roach, system of a down, slipknot) and then i play in a country band with my dad and my grandad and it is perfect for whichever im playing. my dad has a fender strat and this thing will blow the strat out of the water easily. |

this is an extremely reliable guitar. i play atleast an hour every day and i may have to tune it once a week or less a very low maintenence guitar. it sounds extremely good hooked up to my crate 300 watt amp so it would be great for live stuff. |

i chose this guitar because it was the style i wanted(gibson les paul style) and when i tested it out at the music store there were no doubts in my mind that this was the guitar for me. if you buy this guitar youll be suprised at how good it can sound if you know wat your doing. i wouldnt suggest this for a beginner because it is a bit harder to fret than a normal electric guitar but for an intermediate player like myself its the best ive ever owned. i feel like i ripped that music store off by only paying 400!!! |

I am impressed with this guitar. It stays in tune. Once intonation was set, all frets are in tune! There is NO fret buzz! It doesnnullt sound as warm as the real Gibson Les Paul, but if younullre clever, you can get pretty close by adjusting your amp. |

The only problem was a poorly soldered wire connecting the jack, causing the guitar to cut in and out. This was easily fixed. |

This guitar was one of those rare surprises where you actually get more than you paid for. It will be a while and a lot more money before I upgrade. |
