Its a single cutaway, walnut back and neck, ultra quilted maple top. The neck work is superb.The frets are all even . . no fret buzz ...no intonation problems. I really like the smooth edges on the frets as well . Its a "c" carved neck and has a wider fretboard than most say "p r s " guitars, and the like. Its much nicer . .sporting a beutifull blue burst over pristine quilted top. Dual seymour duncans, Gotoh 510 tuners and one piece bridge.I cant believe the tone. I opened up the cavity to find some awsome wiring too !! COPLETELY shielded. |

It sounds and plays better than my Les Paul Custom . . which is now my backup. It was Wayyyy overpriced and not nearly as nice as my Benchmark. |

If I lost this thing . . I would be totally upset. . . well actually Im probably going to buy another one. I saw them in the Mesa / Boogie store in hollywood. But . .
