Strong points- Portability, size, volume level, UL chord or battery (6 AAnulls) powered. Powerful sound out of a tiny box! Idiot proof, only a volume knob for controls. Open the box and play it and you get a distorted version of reverb thatnulls pretty impressive. Mic it into a larger amp for totally incredible distortion.
Weak points- Vinyl imitation leather covering that will not be take a lot of scratching. Volume potentiometer (pot switch) is low quality and tends to scratch a little when raising or lowering volume while playing. Change this out and younullve got a great amp. |

Because of the nature of itnulls size you can see what distortion is without having to purchase stock in a nuclear power plant. It is as loud as amps almost twice itnulls size too. For players who are connesieurs about their sound they may want to move up to the larger 20 - 40 watt models where they can tweak thier levels a little more. Only variable on here is the volume knob. Incredible possibilities out of a small package with fantastic results. |

Performs above average for itnulls size and cost. For anyone who is a beginner, travels to practice or play, or is cramped for space this baby is absolute perfection. Overall this is easily an 8.5 out of 10. Ask your local music store to get one in stock so you can see how really powerful these little amps are, you wonnullt be dissapointed. |

Durable enough for home use or carrying with you to practice. Reliability is excellent because it has two different power sources and very limited power drain over time. Steady enough performer to be able to guarantee it will work when you need it to so long as you have juice (power) for it. |

The shortcomings are inherent and common sense here. This is not a Marshall stack so if your looking for that get a reality check. For a small amp this is ideal and because of the cost it makes it as close to perfect as you can get. You get a "quality" amp in a small package with minimal investment. You may wind up finding yourself having more fun playing than with your $200-$300 playing amps. Try one and younullll see what Inullm talking about. |
