I came on to this site and was disgusted that there was hardly anything on Modest Mouse, so I decided to give a review of my favorite album of theirs. The opening track is amazing, the parts fit together perfectly and, as usual lyrics are amazing. It's rare that a base line will actually contribute to a song but this band does it constantly throught the album. The Instramental song, "Custom Concern" proves that everyone in the band can play their instrument and play it well. I see the lead singer of this band as a musical genius and hope that every album after this one will continue to be amazing.
