Many fans complained about this album being too "modern" for the medieval genre. Okay, it has a LOT of guitar and bass (for the genre), more than the first In Extremo albums, but the emphasis is still on the vocals. And Micha Rhein is the best singer of all times. :)

My favorite track on this album (and maybe my favorite song) is "Le'Or Chiyuchech". I just love that song. Other great songs are "Lebensbeichte", a quite simple song that invites to sing along; "Vollmond", the most famous track on this album - I love the text! And of course Micha's Voice!; "Die Gier", which is probably more pop music than metal but nice anyway; "Merseburger Zaubersprüche", which is -quite- medieval; "Der Rattenfaenger", which sets one of Goethe's best (well, funniest) poems to music, "Der Wind", which sounds a bit like Tanzwut, and "Unter dem Meer", the last song, and probably the most interesting one. (weird thing, that one)

The other Tracks are all quite nice.
