Review by cicatriz on 25.11.2005

This bass was purchased from Musiciannulls Friend early November 2005 for $449. The intial attraction to thsi pass was itnulls unique body for a bass, a les paul shaped body (but for a bass). Eventual the playabiltiy on various different types of music became a factor because of the dual humbucker pickups.

  Features

-Set Neck (Maple)-The neck is practially seemless with the body

-Dual Bass Humbuckers-Allows for a great variety of tones to be created with the tone knobs only.

-3-point Bride- 3 different points to change the bridgenulls height (top middle and lower corners)

-34" Rosewood Fretboard

-Alder Body with Flamed Maple top

  Playability

The two humbucker picskups have their own tone and volume knobs. With just the two tone knobs, you can perfect nerarly any tone to match all styles.

The neck is very easy to handle and easy to move about as is with most maple necks.

  Quality

The sound quality is great. No noise is generated at all, not even when one volume knobs is lower than the other.

  Durability

Very reliable. No adjustments needed unless you want a different style.

  Overall

Itnulls a great bass. It is eye and ear candy.
The only draw back is that it is a little heavy, but that takes a little getting used to but overtime younullll barely notice it.
