Review Dunlop Dunlop Tortex Picks

Review by subzero3009 on 18.12.2006

2.50 per pack, from www.zzsounds.com and www.musiciansfriend.com. I bought it because it is simple just a good pick, i wont play anything not made by jim dunlop.

  Features

They are very very strong, very easy to use, and very durable. If you get the .73 mm, and above it doesnt make that much picking noise. The .50 just makes slightly some. It is made out of plastic, the surface is easy to hold onto.

  Playability

Good quality, i play jim dunlop Jazz 1.38 mm Sharponulls right now though. I used them for a really long time, and they can go up against basically an other pick and win.

  Quality

It doesnt make any picking noise at all. Good and quiet, hits the strings nicely. It doesnt slip that much, it just stays there in your hand while you play any style basically.

  Durability

This item is one of the most reliable picks that i could ever ask for. Its sturdy, good, doesnt ever need much replacing. Just like any other pick if you dont have somewhere to put it you will lose em. The would be great for gigs.

  Overall

This is a great pick for absolutely any guitar player, and sometimes even bass players depending on how thick the pick is. This is a definite reccommended buy to anybodynulls gear set up
