The Weapon has seven different effects built into it. These effects labelled by digitech in order as on the pedal: "Stupify," Deep Distortion perfect for heavy/death metal. "Mistress," a cleaner, more clasic rock type distortion, good for classic rock. "Voices," basic phase that transforms to dry distorion, cool sound, but you can not control how long you run the phse before it gets into distorion. "Bound" Very dry distortion, not ideal, its very ugly sounding. "Intoxication", distortion that gives a lot of base, full distortion, much bass. "Rise" very similar to Intxication, but not as much bass in the distortion. "Stupify 2" this is the sound of an actual sitar, i find it pointless for what i play. "Mistress" heavy transition tone, very similar to distortion.--- BAsically all the effects besides Voices and Stupify 2 are distortion, they are just heavier, lighter, or carry different tones than the other. |

This pedal is like five distortion pedals in one. You can get all the distortion you need. However, in some cases such as mine i did not need the sitar effect. |

Produces great distortion tones, but it lacks on its sitar. |

The weapon is very durable, the pedal is metal, which means its not likely to break when traveling. I have not needed to adjust/fix/curse at this pedal in the time that i have had it; thats a good thing.. |

This pedal is above all other pedals. All the distortion you need, and more. Buy the pedal for the distortion, but not the sitar effect! |
