You can range the distortion from a smooth rymth type even to a bashing metal distortion at the turn of a dial. The sustain on this pedal is pretty good for what I paid for it. There are two output jacks, one for the amp and one for the mixer/board so you can record with it. One problem with the pedal is that you should not run it on battery power because it drains the 9 volts like crazy. Instead just get an adapter so you can plug it into the wall. |

This pedal is mainly for more of a heavier rock and some metal. Not for the light rock or jazz players and not for the Death metal players either. |

The distortion sounds very nice. It generates a lot of feedback though. It works better than most Boss distortion pedals. |

I think the thing weighs about a pound or two so it wonnullt slide on the floor or on stage when playing a show. It has held up without wear for almost a year now for me. |

I liked an was impresed by this peadal. the real reason i chose it was beecause of the price but was immediatley turned on by the distortion that it produces. i am currntly saving up to get the Digitech metal Mater distortion pedal. |
