Similar to his last few offerings really, but still very good. If you haven't heard him before I'd fully recommend this album or any of the last three. It can be rather melancholy and depressing, but unfortunately the world can be a bit like that sometimes and to be able to share the feeling with someone through music is why most of us write in the first place.
David Gray is one of those artists that manages to articulate really well his feelings, and you can recognise and empathise with the words he is singing. His lyrics are spot-on.
Musically, this is not a gymnastic style, fairly simple, but with good hooks to keep you there even if you can't hear the lyrics clearly.
Highlight of this album (Slow Motion) are Track 3 (Lately) of which I've submitted a tab.
