Bought it a guitar show in Texas. Paid $199 and feel like I owe them more money for how rockinnull this pedal is!!!! It was good enough at the show to make me buy it, but once I got it home, I was even more impressed. As soon as I hit my JCM 800 with it, my Boosta Grande came off my pedalboard, and went right on eBay. I even put the card that came in my MK 4.23 box into the box I mailed my luxury drive in to the guy that bought it and said he needed to check this pedal out.

Straight forward. Pedal on-off, knob 0 - 24dB. Heavy duty steel construction and switch. Screw holes on bottom to mount to the pedal board. Jacks on top end so it doesnnullt hog precious space on my pedal board. It lacks nothing. Does exactly what it says... CLEAN BOOST. Itnulls unique in that it is truly clean, doesnnullt color my tone, no clicks or pops, no gap in my signal, built like a tank if Rolls Royce made tanks, and itnulls made here in the USA. |

There is no comparison. It has blown away every boost Inullve ever tried. And it makes my acoustics sing, without introducing strange colors or artifacts like all the other boost pedals Inullve owned or tried. |

Like I said, a Rolls Royce tank. After a few months, it works like the day I brought it home, and thatnulls been thousands of switches later... Inulld trust it anywhere for a live gig. |

This pedal was purchased from the company for $225. I saw it demonstrated at a guitar show and was floored by what i saw and heard. Itnulls unlike any pedal Inullve ever seen before. It has a sleek chrome case with a lit laser cut logo. But Itnulls what I heard that made me a believer. It is the cleanest, most transparent pedal Inullve ever heard. It has a 24db of gain that actually starts at unity and goes up in a linear fluid manner. It doesnnullt start out sluggish then all of a sudden jump up at the end. These guys really got it right!

It does exactly what it says it does. It gives you your tone (without any coloration) only more of it. In addition to that, as you increase the gain on the pedal, it does NOT increase the floor noise! No hissing noise or even a pop when you engage the pedal. The pedal is incredible at overdriving the front of a tube amp and giving you that warm thick crunch! Simply put, it is the best boost pedal out there! |

I have played with many other "boutique" boost pedals. Most of them, however, either color your tone or have only a certain "sweet spot" that sounds decent. This pedal sounds good no matter where it is set! The gain pot is fully sweepable with no spikes in volume, just a gradual increase from 0db to 24db gain! It gives me that boost that inullve been desiring for so long! |

I have not found a better boost pedal. The price is a little higer than others, but it is worth every penny! There is nothing of this caliber at a cheaper price point. I am completely satisfied with the MK 4.23 boost! |

The pedal is built like a tank, and they thought of everything! The bottom plate even has knotches where you can mount it to a pedal board with extreme ease! The LED backlit logo looks very cool when lit! The gain pot feels sturdy and dependable. I can find no faults in the design. |

I highly recommend this pedal to anyone! I am completely blown away by its design and sound. The guys at Creation Audio Labs really did thier homework and produced the best boost pedal inullve ever seen or heard! |
