I bought this amp at my local music store back in September, they ripped me off. I paid $340 for it there, later, I looked it up on musiciansfriend.com and found out that it was selling for $280 on there. I hate my local music store.

This is by far the coolest bass amp I have ever used. It has many effects, whish are: Delay, Echo, Octave, Funk-Wah, Flange, Chorus, Hall, Chorus/Hall, and RM. I am not sure what RM is, but it sounds like a mix of Flange and Hall. All of the effects are of great quality, and sound excellent. You can even get that hollowed out sound like in "Roundabout" by Yes (just an example, theres other songs with that sound, when you hear it, it really sticks out) It has 4 equalization controls: High, Hi-Med, Lo-Med, and Low. There is a master volume control, a speaker output, and a headphone output. |

You can get just about any sound out of this amp. It may only be 25 watts, but it can get LOUD, and still remain clean. Itnulls much better than any amp I have ever played on. I even play my guitar through it often, just for the effects. You can even take the cloth screen off, like on a subwoofer, for a crisper, more thumping sound. |

This is about the most durable amp out there. It is surrounded by one inch of oak, so its not going to be affected if you drop it. The only thing i donnullt like about the added protection, is it adds a LOT weight! |

This is the best amp I have, and will have, until I get a bigger one just like it (of course). I love Crate amps, this one is exceptionally good. The best Crate bass amp series is the BFX, and thatnulls what this one is! |
